Erin is a Manager at Global Health Strategies, where she manages and supports communications and advocacy projects. Erin joined GHS after working for the U.S. Department of State, both in Washington, D.C. and New York, for five years. In Washington, Erin worked for the Bureau of International Organization Affairs, the arm of the State Department that develops and implements U.S. policy at the United Nations. She served the Bureau in a number of capacities, including coordinating the Bureau’s domestic outreach efforts, strengthening its relationship with Members of Congress and their staff, working on the U.S. Government’s strategic partnership with the Organization of Islamic Conference on polio eradication, as well as serving as the Bureau’s lead officer on Middle East policy at the United Nations, and as Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for International Organization Affairs. Erin also worked at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in New York in their Press and Public Diplomacy Office.
Erin received her M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California. She has studied Arabic, French, and German.
